The refinish industry worldwide is experiencing dramatic change with a trend for fewer bodyshops to process a larger volume of cars. The demands to increase productivity have resulted in a growing requirement for infra-red systems that can provide multi-panel curing.

TRISK provides the solution with the Trackmaster modular system that can be supplied to fit the particular needs of either priming requirements in a preparation area or clearcoat applications within the clinically clean environment of a spray booth.

The Trackmaster is available in two versions, either suitable for a preparation bay or alternatively for installation within a Spraybooth. In both cases infra-red carriages are suspended from an overhead track system. An almost infinite number of cassettes, length and width of track (either busbar or igus chain) can be supplied, depending on the requirements of the bodyshop. The design of the in-booth Trackmaster incorporates interlocks between the booth and infra-red operations, ensuring that the system is completely safe to use.
